Ryan is also one of the founding pastors of YCC. He is currently with QBC and will work across both churches for 2 days/week.
He teaches, counsels and fixes stuff and he is also employed by the Quinns Baptist College as a chaplain.
He is married to Jen who home schools up in Yanchep and can he often be found down at the lagoon with a dive bag and an underwater camera.

Jen is the children's worker at YCC. Jen has been a member of Quinns Baptist Church for many years and has enjoyed serving in children's ministry through volunteering at Glow (years 4 to 6) and regularly helping in Sunday school. Jen was also part of a small team who organised and ran faith based over night camps for children in the community.
Jen works 4 hours a week with the goal of creating and implementing a safe, fun and educational program for the children at YCC. She hopes to establish and support a strong team of volunteers who find joy in sharing and teaching God's word.
Jen is a widowed mum of two teenagers, she also cares for her elderly father and enjoys working in the community as a cleaner, helping those who are in need of assistance.
